Condition: In overall good condition, with soft handling creases, some minor staining and light discoloration to the edges. One small tear at the right margin of the paper. Image very clean otherwise. Published by Masson & Piazza, Paris Somewhat like the Master series of L'Affiche, L'Estampe Moderne was a portfolio printed between 1897 and 1898, published by Imprimerie Champenois, Paris, containing 24 monthly portfolios, with four original original lithographs in each. Each was commissioned solely for this series. In addition to Mucha, some of the contributing artists included Rhead, Meunier, Ibels, Steinlen, Willette and Grasset.
