CHINA, KANGXI ERA, 18th century Porcelain vase, gourd form, decorated in blue underglaze on a background alternating light green and pink, the wall molded with lotus petals in slight relief, in two rows on the body, one on the neck, each petal hosting a hero or heroine on horseback in a landscape, the whole overdecorated with gold, especially to emphasize the outline of the petals.
