Frame following Renaissance models. Spain, early 20th century. Carved, gilded and stewed wood. With losses. With label on the back of the Renart house in Barcelona. Measurements: 64 x 100 cm; 108 x 127 cm. Frame made of carved and gilded wood, adapted in a classicist style and decorated through the gilding and polychroming of the wood. It follows a clearly architectural structure, with refined, clean and markedly geometric lines, typical of classicist aesthetics. It stands out for the lintel and the pilasters that follow the main lines of the structure, following a clearly classical criterion of order and clarity.
