Illustrator for Ankama at the beginning, Xavier Coste then became interested in several artistic personalities through his albums: Egon Schiele, Rimbaud, or Effeil.
He was awarded the "Comic Book Author of the Year" prize at the Creil book fair in 2019, as well as the Uderzo prize for the "best contribution to the 9th Art" in October 2021.
