Kabuto and Mempo helmet The "kabuto" helmet of the so-called "momonari" shape (taking the shape of a peach) made of lacquered iron, the "mabizashi" visor decorated with two raised frowns, the "maedate" taking the shape of a gold-lacquered half moon, the "fukigaeshi" with gold decoration of the "Mon" coat of arms of the Takenaka clan called Maruni kumai zasa (丸に九枚笹). The wide "shikoro" neck guard with three plates, the neck guard with five plates, the last of which is decorated with scrolls, with dark blue, brown and ochre lacing. The Mempo half-mask in iron, represented as a grimace. Total height: 52 cm.
