Three ceramic cups with enamelled decoration in polychromy, with decoration of flower of pomegranate, carnation and tulip, inspired by ceramics of Iznik.
Diam. 13 cm
One is inscribed: "Renowned wine of Algeria, Kebir Lung Alger, Kebir", evoking the wine merchant, Frederic Lung, famous collector of Art. It is signed of the bunch of grape, mark of Victor CHEMLA (1858-1938).
The other two were made by Mouche CHEMLA (1897-1978), as shown by the fish mark. They are in the name of Marcelle Butor and Yvonne Cavasse and dated 27/1/35.
