NB: Maurice Julhès, or Maurice William Julhès, is a press cartoonist who collaborated after the Great War to many titles, including Les Hommes du jour, Le Chat Noir, Le Canard Enchaîné or Le Merle Blanc. His dynamic drawing, his black line with a grating humor are clearly influenced by Gus Bofa. He was also a landscape painter.
