MANUSCRIT of the sale of the furniture of a shipowner of St-Servan in 1764, with the PRICES and the names of the ACQUIRERS of each object (armchairs, chests of drawers, beds, tables, desks, etc.) that is to say approximately 150 articles with the totals noted at the bottom of each page forming a kind of inventory and snapshot of the life of a small Breton manor
Small in folio on laid paper, in quire, [8 ff] of which 6 handwritten. "Of the sixteenth day of April 17643 armchairs, awarded to the savage.
The current castle known as "Malouinière de Saint Buc" having been built in the middle of the 18th century on the former manor house on the same site, it can be assumed that this sale served to empty the building before its destruction or redevelopment.
