Funerary mask, China Liao dynasty (907-1125)
H. 26 cm - L. 25 cm. Embossed and gilded copper alloy
The face is included in an oval, the expression is serene, lips joined, eyes closed and eyebrow arch marked in relief. The ears are poly-lobed and pierced.
