[Normandy] - Grandet (Joseph) - The life of sir Pierre Crestey, priest, parish priest of Barenton, in the diocese of Avranches (in Lower Normandy). Rouen, chez Behourt 1722. In-12° full calf frontispiece, 12 ff., 348 pp. "Pierre Crestey founded a hospital in Vimoutiers and in 1676 gave its direction to the Sisters of the of the Hôtel-Dieu of Sées. Two years later he was appointed to the curacy of Barenton. two years later, he established a college for the instruction of young boys and a school for girls. In 1692 he founded a hospital like the one in Vimoutiers. Vimoutiers, contributed a lot to the creation of a Hotel-Dieu in Bernay and and being helped in this pious enterprise by a young lady of great merit merit, Mme de Ticheville, from the diocese of Sées.
