Victor BOIVIN. Master goldsmith (1856-1927).
Silver (925°/00) covered coffee pot and sugar bowl around 1890. Each ovoid piece is decorated with a monogrammed cartouche topped by a Louis XV style knot. Each rests on four feet, decorated with friezes of ribboned oak leaves on a bed of flowers.

Victor Boivin, less famous than his brother René, took over his father's workshop dedicated to silverware.
