Paris, Didot l'Ainé, year CII (1804), in-4 bound in full red long-grained morocco, with the large imperial arms in the center of the boards with large framing scroll, smooth spine decorated with fleurons with Hermes attributes and gilt fillets, lining and guard of blue moire, gilt edges, inner scroll. Binding signed by Bozérian. Few small stains or scratches on the boards.

One of the very first works dedicated to the banque de france, created on January 18, 1800 by Napoleon Bonaparte, then First Consul of the Republic. The collection contains the primitive statutes of the banque de France, its internal regulations for year 8 and year 12, the list of the two hundred shareholders constituting the general assemblies held from year 9 to year 12, etc.
