Rifled, fluted barrel marked on the bottom "BLACK POWDER ONLY". Closed frame stamped on top "WEBLEY & SCOTT LTD BIRMINGHAM" and "MARK III" '38". Walnut stock partly checkered.
Many punches of which "NP" for live powder.
Blued finish.
