Pyjama Girl. About 1925. A chryselephantine sculpture in gilded bronze and carved ivory resting on a marble base decorated with a patinated bronze cartouche with a round back cat. Signed on the base "D.H Chiparus". Height : 48 cm. Literature : Alberto Shayo, Chiparus Master of Art Déco reproduced on page 72. Provenance : Belgian private collection transmitted by descent.
