with green marli decorated with a crown of oak and laurel in gold, centered at the bottom by a royal crown fleurdelisée and at the top by a trophy of arms, the center with polychrome decoration of a painted scene, one after a lithograph by Nicolas-Toussaint CHARLET (1792-1845), captioned on the back in gold 'A man who drinks alone is not worthy of living', the other representing two officers, one of which on horseback in a landscape. Wear to the gilding, chip to the edge of one.
