Amaranth, ebony and brass filleted bridge chest of drawers opening to five drawers, the top of red marble of Flanders (reported at a later date, probably a wooden top originally) resting on curved uprights adorned with ormolu falls with a mask of god-fleuve; (accidents, missing and restorations). In the taste of François Lieutaud. Louis XV period. H : 86 cm, W : 132 cm, D : 67 cm. Similar masks can be found on a number of pieces of furniture, several stamped notably by François Lieutaud (see notably the London sale, Sotheby's on June 10, 1998, lot 3).
