Silver water pot of baluster form, resting on a molded pedestal with nets. The body, plain, is surrounded by two moldings of nets. The spout is also highlighted with molded fillets. The handle in the shape of a stick is in silver. The back side of the body is engraved with a coat of arms under a crown and is supported by mermaids. Master silversmith Claude Nicolas MARTIN, received in 1717 and marking in Master abonné (the handle also marked). Laon, first half of the 18th century.
