Paris, Delespine and Herissant, 1748. 10 volumes in 11 volumes in-4. Bound in marbled calf, spines decorated, triple gilt fillet framing the boards, marbled edges. Frontispiece engraved by Le Bas after Caze, portrait of Frédéric Auguste III engraved by Daullé after Silvestre, 3 folding maps, 11 title vignettes engraved by Le Bas after Eisen, numerous headers and footers.
First edition. Good condition despite a few small damages to the bindings (worn headpieces and corners), slight wetness on a few leaves in volumes VII and IX, slight traces of paper fading on the back covers.
