LECYTHUS WITH RED FIGURES whose body is decorated with a maenad in the attitude of walking, dressed in a long pleated chiton and holding a thyrse in front of a fluted column. The shoulder is decorated with a frieze of tongues. Orange agile glazed black.
Greek art, Attica, circa 470 BC. Attributed to the Painter of Providence or to the ATL class.
