Pontoon work. "Spenning Jenny" or bone loom automaton on a pedestal and under globe. In two stages, movement given by a crank and transmitted to gears transmitting the movement to a weaving machine. Two young women and a young girl in the upper part of the construction. Beginning of the 19th century. Dimensions automaton: Height 13.5 cm, width 7.3 cm. Base in blackened wood 14 x 21 cm. Blown glass globe 10,8 x 16 x 7,8 cm. Note : Object of great collection.
