Fragment, probably from a sarcophagus, representing a standing Eros Thanatos, the flame turned downwards, his quiver hanging from a bow. He presides over a sacrifice scene where a veiled vestal sacrifices a bull in front of an aulos player and two figures, one of whom is a soldier. The military man is dressed in an anatomical cuirass and a cape and makes himself a sacrifice on a burning altar with the help of a patera.
