Cabinet cabinet - Library attributed to Mathieu Criaerd made of rosewood and violet wood veneer, decorated with lattice patterns on the doors and rhombuses on the sides. It opens with two leaves, the cornice decorated with herringbone, the rounded uprights and the scalloped crosspiece decorated with brass flutes. Entrances of locks in gilded and chased bronze decorated with shells and foliage. Regency period H. 178 cm - W. 135 cm - D. 36,3 cm (accidents and missing veneer, cracks, old restorations, base of lamp reported) The inlaid decoration in the form of a trellis, the brass flutes are reminiscent of the characteristics of the works of Mathieu Criaerd at the beginning of his activity, a stamp often associated with that of the master Adrien Delorme.
