Carved wooden cabin cross of a sailor from the Rhone in a frame forming a box. The cross in the center is surrounded by the instruments of the passion: the sun and the moon, the hammer, the sword, the reed with the sponge, the veil of Saint Veronica, the ladder, the rooster, the column of the flagellation, the basin of Pilate, the chalice, the whip and the sword Rhone Valley, 19th century H : 34,5 cm, L : 23 cm (very slight accidents) This cross was placed in the cabin of the sailor; the arrangement of the instruments tells us that this cross belongs to the southern group.
