The whole in a strong volume in-16 ivory vellum (period binding).
The first title, placed in a nice frame on wood, is devoted to the Institutes of Justinian. The second title deals with the origin of the law and the laws. Both are commented by the famous jurist Denis Godefroy (1549-1622).
Rare edition, not quoted by Camus.
Small lack of vellum on the upper cover flap, some rings.
