Nice pair of flintlock pistols. Length: 380 mm. Smooth round barrel in gauge 12 to the pound of 200 mm. of length. Flat body lock. Hound with flat espalet. Bassinet iron with sides. The body of the lock carries the marking M. R Maubeuge and a punch R crowned. Brass trim. Cap in beak of sparrow. Smooth walnut mounting. Two channels of rod (rod present on one of the guns). Functional mechanism. Louis XVI period. Condition 1-. Class D weapon.
