Round barrel with sides with the thunder dated 1846, punched. Tailstock with remnants of markings "Le 1842 T" lock "Mre Rle de St Etienne" and round body hammer. Punched brass fittings. Walnut stock with peg and iron markings "F.H.". Bedplate stamped " 3.S. ". (3rd Spahis) Iron ramrod.
