That is the job of the Diorama Corporation of Long Island City and its head, Edward Heckler Burdick, industrial exhibit engineer, take this breath-taking photo of a trapeze artist apparently plunging to the floor of the circus tent as a result of a broken trapeze. Mr. Burdick and his artists build this model set of a circus in a bathub. Then the picture of the trapeze performer was taken and superimposed against the bakcground of floor and net and trapeze.
