Belgian painter active in Brussels and Charleroi, he realized landscapes and still lifes. He participated in the "Exhibition of paintings" organized by the Association of Fine Arts in Kortrijk in 1911, in the "32nd Exhibition" of the Artistic Circle of Tournai in 1921 where he exhibited in particular "The bundles of wheat" or "English Sloop", as well as in the "Exhibition of Fine Arts" in Ghent in 1923 on the occasion of the "Floralies Gantoises".
