A lobed Limoges painted enamel bowl, depicting the profile portrait of the Spartan king Menelaus and the inscription 'Menelas' in grisaille with gilt details, monogrammed I.C. 1542, surrounded by a floral-patterned decoration on a white ground, the reverse on a ditto black ground with raised flower leaves, the bottom with a coat of arms, on copper, presumably 19thC, H 4,2 cm
Two Limoges painted enamel plaques, partly gilt, on copper, depicting the allegory of sculpture and the allegory of architecture in a medallion enamel frame, monogrammed I.R., dated 1539, presumably 16thC, 12,5 x 7,5 cm
