Kovsh in silver and vermeil.
The body recalls the shape of an equine hoof with a grip representing a horse's neck with the head.
The amati body is underlined at the neck by a fine border and at the base by a wide belt with large vermeil motifs, bordered by a row of pearls. In opposition to the grip, a circular medallion with scrolls and stylized plants.
Master silversmith: Pavel Akimovich OVTCHINNIKOV (1830 - 1888)
Hallmarks: 84, Moscow, 1888, assayer "В.С" (Viktor Vasilyevich Savinsky) and silversmith "П.ОВЧИННИКОВЪ" (firm of P. Ovchinnikov) surmounted by the eagle of supplier to the Court.
