Knife, jet point, Baga style, Guinea Wood, nails, iron Height : 63 cm Suspended in levitation, the figure initiates and announces the axe point, the spear of jet openwork in its center, presenting an orange oxidation. In a beautiful movement which is counterbalanced, by the curves subtly reversed, between the handle, and the body of the character. At the beginning of this dynamic movement counterbalanced by the inverted curves an oval face in slight relief appears at the point of rupture. The features, the elements of the face in relief with rounded corners are accentuated and highlighted by nails. The small rectangular ears are presented laterally. An elegant crested headdress descending to the nape of the neck magnifies the profile.
