Andy Warhol (1928-1987) At the bottom of my garden, 1956 Offset lithograph on paper. Hand colored in watercolor, with a unique coloring done by hand by Warhol and his friends! Dimensions: + Sheet size : 21,5 x 27,5 cm / 8,4 x 10,8 in. Condition: In overall good condition with some light handling creases. May have some light discoloration around the edges, some minor staining from hand staining in the margins and a few small holes on the left edge, due to hand binding. Very clean image otherwise, with bright and vivid colors. From the illustrated book ;In the Bottom of My Garden; by Andy Warhol, depicting fairies and putti frolicking in a garden. This is one of his first works in bookmaking with offset lithography in the 1950s. It is the first original print made in 1956, from the unknown size edition.
