Extremely rare collection of humanist texts and translations, containing i.a. Erasmus' verses on Christian life and Agricola's Latin version of Isocrates' "Ad Demonicum" revised by the Leuven theologian Dorpius. Nice elaborate woodcut title border (with some coloring), at bottom portraits of the Holy Virgin, Thomas Aquinas and Augustinus (Pflugk-Harttung 22). Ref.
