Charlotte PERRIAND (1903-1999) - Former Collection Jean PREVERAL, architect, collaborator of Le Corbusier in the late 1940s "Chair No. 19" commonly known as "Bauche" the design of the model to [1939], our series of seats made around 1952, an edition BCB (Bureau de Coordination du Bâtiment) - Georges Blanchon Rare suite of 12 chairs with inclined back. The legs and braces in ash. The seats and backs (re)mulched. H. 82,5 cm - W. 43 cm - D. 38 cm Condition of use, the mulching redone and not original except for two backs with original bauche (bad condition). Provenance : - Jean Préveral, architect, collaborator of Le Corbusier in the late 1940s. Work acquired around 1952. - Work remained in the descendants of the previous one.
