VASE WITH FLOWER PAINTING Hungary, probably Ignaz Fischer, end of 19th c. Ceramic, light body, polychrome painting, gold decoration. H. 33 cm. Underglazed blue manufacturer's mark, press and brush number. Baluster-shaped body on indented round base with stepped indented neck and flared lip rim. Centered domed openwork circular medallion. Side handles in fish bubble form with openwork. Richly decorated with floral vines in horror vacui manner. Glaze partly min. dam., gold partly min. ber.
