Petition plate, possibly German; 18th century. Copper-plated and embossed brass. Patina losses and soiling. Measurements: 21 cm. diameter. Dish made of copper-plated brass and decorated in low relief. In this ornamentation a central medallion can be seen, with a rounded ornamentation. The eaves are decorated with a chiselled border. The petition plate was a common object in the development of the liturgy, since during a moment of the mass, this object is shown to the faithful with the intention of offering the possibility of making a donation.
