Rare SENNEH carpet (Persia), late 19th century, woven on multicolored silk warps and silk wefts
Dimensions : 190 x 142cm.
Technical characteristics : Wool velvet on silk foundation.
On a marine field with a thousand flowers, are posed three rhombic medallions with flowered ramifications and "botehs". The whole highlighted by a brick red border with ivory and gold flowers.
