Certificate of oath for the commissioner of the wars Capet, who took the oath during the session of June 27, in the new form, in these terms: "I swear to use the weapons given in my hands to the defense of the Fatherland [...]; I swear to die rather than to suffer the invasion of the French territory by the foreign troops"...In addition to Lameth, the deputies signed Ph. Augier, Creuzé-Latouche, Fricaud, Le Carlier, Merle and Vadier.
