In-folio in ff, cover illustrated with an original engraving by Foujita, in grey velvet folder and beige cloth slipcase of the publisher. 26 (out of 27) original compositions by Léonard Tsuguharu Foujita: cover, portrait of the artist in frontispiece, 10 beautiful etchings in colors, 12 hors texte in black, 6 of them slightly enhanced, and 2 initials. Missing the portrait of R. Héron de Villefosse. Edition at 300 numbered copies; n°224 of 200 on Arches vellum. Minor foxing in places otherwise a very good copy of one of the rarest works illustrated by Foujita. This book is the third and last act of the set dedicated to Paris, after Le Village inspiré illustrated by Utrillo and Rive gauche illustrated by Vlaminck.
