In-4, [4] ff. 459 pp. with 34 plates of geometrical figures (33 of them folding), marbled tan basane, spine with ornate nerves, red tr. Small loss of leather on lower head, two corners damaged, light angular spotting at the beginning of the volume. Scratched bookplate.
Second edition. The work is a development of Descartes' work, and was almost completed at the time of the author's sudden death in February 1704.
