Apollo XIII : color photo of the crew initially planned for this mission, accompanied by a separate autograph on bristol board of astronaut Jack Swigert who replaced Ken Mattingly; to which we added a "First Day" envelope and an official vintage patch of the mission, to which are attached a piece of Kapton from the "CMS Odyssey", and Beta Cloth (Apollo XIII space Suit) - in a 30 x 40 cm frame. - Apollo 13 (April 11, 1970 - April 17, 1970) had the objective of landing men on the Moon. However during the transit between the Earth and the Moon, a serious accident, which could have been fatal to the crew, imposed the abandonment of the mission and the return towards the Earth. * Crew : Jim Lovel, Fred Haise and Jack Swigert (CSM Odyssey - LM Aquarius) .
