Of four rows of cultured pearls, centered at the neckline of a removable yellow gold and silver openwork flower design with diamond petals and hearts studded with rubies, in the center a larger oval ruby weighing about 2.40 cts in a diamond-shaped surround.
The central motif can also be worn as a pendant.
