THREE BUCCHERO KANTHAROI Type Rasmussen 1979, 3e DATING: 7th century b.c.e. MATERIAL AND TECHNIQUE: black stick-polished bucchero, modeled by fast lathe. Three bucchero kantharoi with high flared lip set on the bowl by a fold, trumpet foot, high ribbon-like handles set on the rim and bowl; one decorated with dashes incised on the fold (3) PRODUCTION: Apulian black-glazed pottery.
