Ferahan carpet woven in the workshops of the master weaver "MUSTAHAFIE" (Persia), mid 19th century
Dimensions : 290 x 145cm.
Technical characteristics : Wool velvet on cotton foundation.
A marine field, with small "chess pieces", hosts a multitude of multicolored flowery scrolls, forming "subliminal" medallions. Four counter borders with floral garlands frame the main border pistachio flower stems blooming polychrome.
