Ecuelle and its lid in silver, the body plain, the ears in the form of large stylized shells alternating gadroons and channels. The lid, with springs and doucine, is chiseled on the edge of a frieze of pearls and mirrors, the bell, chiseled in alternating plain and polished ornaments between which run foliage, flowers, acanthus and shells, all on a background amati. The grip, in the shape of a seed, is decorated in its lower part with acanthus leaves.

The whole is remarkably well marked and the chasing is in very good condition. The coat of arms on the body and the lid have been damaged.
