First edition illustrated with 91 reproductions of works by Pierre Alechinsky, including 6 in color in the margins of the text and 85 full page.
Press copy, enriched with a letter from the artist to the writer Hervé Lauwinck (1891-1975). The name of the addressee has been covered with ink.
It also includes the triptych in original lithography usually accompanying the 100 first copies, here in a trial proof justified and signed by Alechinsky. It bears an autograph dedication by Alechinsky on the first part, addressed to Georges Brun and accompanied by a small drawing of an airplane.
