OF TWO SUPERIMPOSED CUSHIONS
Parisian work of the eighteenth century for the tapestry.
Lower part redone, only the velvet tile is period.

Missing a pompom (double tassel)
The lower cushion is on a modern wood frame.
The upper cushion is made from a yellow velvet sheet
bordered with a cord and tassels of blue and cream trimmings
and cream passementerie, decorated on the top with a carpet velvet tile
of the XVIIIth century decorated with a medallion in bat wing
medallion in bat wing, in the middle of parakeets and squirrels, in
a vase of flowers.
