Koshare, also called Hano or paiyakyamu is a clown very well known in ceremonies. Clowns are very important during ceremonies. They behave in an outrageous way, against the rules of propriety, which they remind by their behavior. They devour everything they can find, reminding us of the importance of temperance in a country with a hostile climate, where the economy of food is vital.
