The fan is composed of five large feathers held by a skin hold entirely embroidered with beads and with two metallic bells at the end. This piece dating from before 1947, including protected bird feathers can circulate freely in the European community.
A CITES will be necessary to export it outside the EEC, but the object will be forbidden to enter its territory of origin, the United States of America.
