Friend of Pignon, stimulated by Picasso, Philippe Artias (Feurs, France, 1912 - Numana, Italy 2002) works on the theme of the landscape and the nude which allows him to combine the constant mutation of nature and the mobility of the human body. At the end of the 60s, he favored the female nude which, little by little, will go as far as eroticism. His work is represented in various museums around the world: Paris, Geneva, Beijing, Sao Paolo in Brazil, Mexico City, Abidjan, Tehran and many others.
